Hey Y'all!!!! Check Out My Book Haul!!!

It's Monday........

I'm here today to share what books I got over the weekend and to let you guys know what's in store for this week!!!

MY BOOK HAUL, Y'ALL!!!

• eBooks for Kindle:

By James Dashner

This book's been out for a while now and I had no idea what it was about. Lately I've been hearing a lot about it b/c they made a movie based on the book, so I figured, why not check it out. It was on sale for Kindle on Amazon so I went for it. I'm hoping for an exciting adventure!!!

YA, Science Fiction, Dystopia

By Brandon Sanderson

I've been have this weird fascination lately with collecting books by Brandon Sanderson. I've been meaning to buy both the books that are in the Stormlight Archive series, so when I saw book 1 for sale on Amazon for only $2.99 of course I went for it!!!
Adult, Fantasy, High/Epic Fantasy, Sci-Fi

• Audio
(I already own the books, I get audio,
sometimes, to listen & read along)

By Marissa Meyer

I'm currently reading and listening along to this book and OMG! I am in love!! I'm so happy I decided to buy the audio and listen while I read, drive or jog! This audio book is FANTASTIC!!! I will be buying the audio books for the rest of the Lunar Chronicle series! A+++

By Linda Lafferty

I've had a couple of Goodread friends read this book and recommend it to me. So I have the ebook already but when I saw the audio on sale, I went for it!! The narrator seems chilling enough for this haunting book.

Horror, Fantasy, Suspense, Historical Fiction, Adult

• Books I Bought

The Princess Bride by William Goldman: I've always wanted the book, ever since I watched the movie. Every time I would go to the book stores, I'd keep my eye out for this one and FINALLY, I got it :) (for 4 bucks)
Scarlet & Cress by Marissa Meyer: Well, I don't know what took my dumb ass so long to read this series. I'm loving Cinder right now and hoping the rest of the series is just as AMAZING or better!!

• Library Books

By Victoria Scott

Tella Holloway is losing it. Her brother is sick, and when a dozen doctors can't determine what's wrong, her parents decide to move to Montana for the fresh air. She's lost her friends, her parents are driving her crazy, her brother is dying—and she's helpless to change anything.

Until she receives mysterious instructions on how to become a Contender in the Brimstone Bleed. It's an epic race across jungle, desert, ocean, and mountain that could win her the prize she desperately desires: the Cure for her brother's illness. But all the Contenders are after the Cure for people they love, and there's no guarantee that Tella (or any of them) will survive the race.

The jungle is terrifying, the clock is ticking, and Tella knows she can't trust the allies she makes. And one big question emerges: Why have so many fallen sick in the first place?

Ummm.... This is one book that I have been anticipating about this year!! A week after it was released, Amazon had the ebook on sale for only $2.99, of course I got it!! Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to read it yet. Usually when I buy ebooks it takes me forever to get to them, I guess "Out of Sight, Out of Mind". When I went to the Library and saw that they had the book, I definitely checked it out! Now that I will see it every day, lying on my dresser or computer desk, I will pick it up and read it!!! Plus b/c having a deadline, due date, actually helps put my rear in gear, and read read read!!!

On this week's blog I'll be doing the usually bookish memes:
Top Ten Tuesday Waiting on Wednesday Friday's Feature & Follow

Thursday I'll either be doing Quotable Thursday or What's Next

I'll be doing a couple book reviews as well, so keep a look out for the following book reviews:

I got a lot of reading a head of me, especially with some very cool releases coming out in April. Here are some of the books I'm looking forward to reading in the future:

(Press on the book for link to Goodreads)

I'm looking forward to seeing what y'all have in store for us this week and can't wait to chat it up with y'all!!

BIG HUGS and Lots of Love
