January 20: If you could be any character in any book, who would be and what would you do as them in their book? 

This one is especially good for Monday! For all of you who dread this day and having to go back to work after a nice weekend, wouldn't it be nice just to be someone else. Someone of your choosing, from any book that you love?!? Well here ya go! Let's see who that person would be.......

I chose Herimone Granger

from the super duper popular Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowlings

This was a hard one. One I definitely had to think long and hard about.
At first I was thinking Katniss but I didn't want to constantly have to fight to the death just to live my life. Also there's the love triangle, choosing between Peeta and Gale. 
Then I thought about being Isaboe or Quintana from my all time favorite The Lumatere Chronicles but then I thought about all the heartache and terrible tragedies they have suffered in their young lives. 


So it came down to Miss Hermione Granger. She happened to be the one who was most balanced out when it came to my choices. Though Hermione's life wasn't any easier than the others, she just seemed less complicated. Plus she's freakin' Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series. I could of chose Harry Potter but Hermione gets to be with Ron Weasley, right?! (which is alright by me ;)

She's pretty, super intelligent and she has this motherly quality to her, which you'll see time and time again the way she's always looking after those mischievous best friends of hers, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.
I would definitely love to be Hermione Granger. She's a wizard for goodness sakes. Who wouldn't want a wand with magical powers!!
