The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
If you could read a book again for the "first time" again,
which book would it be? And why?
First of all, I love this kind of question.
This way I'm able to share with everyone the most
awesome book(s) I've read!!
It would be just one book, it'd be a trilogy. Melina Marchetta's
The Lumatere Chronicles!!!!
It's an amazing High Fantasy series that involves
betrayal, tragedy, and love.
The characterization in these books are immensely evolved and detailed making each and every character seem unbelievable real. Which just shows how brilliant of a writer Marchetta is, this being her first fantasy series, she's mostly known for her Contemporary and Realistic Fictions. (Including Jellicoe Road and Saving Francesca)
Tragedy happens, leadership is built, communities mend and eventually Kingdom's will rise. Journey along to see just how much a human heart can endure, can love really rise above when so much tragedy has occurred?
I just can't say enough about this outstanding trilogy.
If your hungry for a good read then I highly
recommend this deliciously satisfying series!!!
( to check out my full review on this trilogy click here)
And that concludes today's Feature & Follow. I almost forgot I was doing a meme because I was caught up, passionately writing about how fabulous The Lumatere Chronicles are! lol
I'd love to hear what book y'all would want to read again for the "first time"
Til Then,
HAPPY READING Y'ALL!!!
♥ xoxo ♥

ReplyDeleteThis book was just so incredible to me - it's realistic fantasy grounded in the characters and Melina's writing is just so beautiful. I was sad to finish this series, but it was worth going through the roller coaster ride of events to have such an emotionally satisfying series to love! I'm glad you posted about this book for your F&F!
Following you now through Bloglovin/Twitter btw! :)
