Feature & Follow Friday: That Ending SuCks.....CHANGE IT!!!

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison ofAlison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!

Today's Question/Topic:

Change the plot. If you could, what book would you change the ending or a plot thread? Go ahead and do it....... Change it!!

This is an easy one for me.....

By: Veronica Roth

The whole Divergent series was awesome until this final book! I would change the plot and the ending!! I hated how Veronica Roth decided after 2 books she was going to write both of the character's points of view, making the whole story one big mess. The world building was lacking, the characterization....lacking!  It was repetitive and extremely slow (boring)......
The ending....Geeeezzzzzuz!!! You know I wasn't really that distressed about "THE" ending, although, the way it happened, why it happened and the character's reactions to it~ Yes! That would all be changed!!! I just really thought I would get a better explanation behind everything and some romance for goodness sake's! Two books leading you to believe that finally somethings gonna happen. WASTE!!!

I know some readers will agree and would change a lot about Allegiant and some readers are really content with it and wouldn't change a thing.
"To each his own"
What about y'all? What books would you like to change to plot/ending too?
Til then.....
HAPPY READING Y'ALL!!!!
xoxo

  1. You know, I actually appreciated how Ms. Roth ended the series...with a bang. I didn't love it, but I can appreciate WHY she did it. If I could, I'd definitely change the end of Mockingjay.

    1. Yea i didn't mind that part, it was just how it happened. The way she forgave her brother so quick, and other reasons. Oh gosh and YES! Mockingjay :( I would change some of the deaths in that book! awww I'm sad thinking about it!! Great choice! Thanks for stopping by Melissa xoxo

    1. hey hey hey Monique! Don't you hate that! When you get so involved and invest so much of your time in some series, every minute of it building and building, falling more and more in love with the story, then BOOM! Horrible ending :( Luckily I've not read that many series that have done that to me. Just Allegiant, so, hopefully I don't have to go through it again
